Xia Meng and Weixi Xie have been involved in Megland Group property development business for more than 20 years.
XIA MENG | DIRECTOR
Xia Meng oversees new development opportunities in China and Australia as well as marketing and development issues. She has extensive experience in project marketing for various developments in China. Her past 18 years experience focused on large-scale development projects in China. She is responsible for the Group’s overall and day-to-day management including overseeing the Groups' properties’ sales and leasing affairs.

Weixi Xie’s has combined his diversified business and financial background into a range of quality developments over the last 16 years. He has built a formidable reputation for results, growth and fail safe delivery for a range of development projects. He has extensive understanding of the development and construction process underpinned by sound financial expertise. His main role is the groups' development and project manager. He is responsible for Australian developments, land acquisitions and procurement operations.
